River Sog is the largest spring fed river of
Iceland and originates in
Lake Thingvallavatn.

Bildsfell, each fished with three rods at a time.

including comfortable private self-catering lodges. The fourth
beat is called Tannastadir and fished with two rods at a time,
also including private self catering lodge.
The Thrastarlundur beat is fished with one rod at a time.
No lodging included
Sydri Bru, the upper most beat is fished with one
rod at a time as well.
Small private hut is included.
Fly fishing as well as spinning
has frequently been the most rewarding technique.
Anglers can buy permits on the river for one day at a time.
